ViewsBlacklistFrom ADISC Answers WikiWarning
This is a list of places that should be avoided when buying online. Read carefully because one site might be great for one person, but terrible for most other people. Duraline Medical Products - They will send out clearly visible catalogs in the mail with your name on it! You might think they're safe, but then you get a catalog two years later! If that's not a problem, then it should be okay to order from this place. HDIS (Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies) - This company constantly sends out advertisements in the mail. ABDL Mall of America - Awful customer service, people have reported buying large items and never getting them. Dry 24/7 - They default to putting "Dry Care" on their shipping labels, but you can get an alternate shipping label by e-mailing them and asking. (Be sure to include your order number, available from the "Order History" page.) For a brief period, their website was compromised and poisoned with malware, but this has now been resolved and they are working on bringing their site back up. In the mean time, they require orders to be placed either via e-mail or phone (details on their site). AB Universe - Many people according to this thread have placed orders and had them filled 6 months later, or never filled at all. The business is very poorly run, and is considered a scam by most people around ADISC. Several members have open complaints about them with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! KCK Medical - One of the cheapest places to purchase Abena products, but orders are frequently mis-shipped (or not shipped at all), and they will not correct the issue unless the recipient pays for shipping (and ships) the incorrect product back to KCK. They are also known to lie about product availability and order status over the phone and via email. Ship times are long as well, and packages are often re-boxed in cardboard that clearly states that incontinence products are inside.
