Telling relatives? God, where to start.

I told my mother, and this was when i was new to all this. I just couldn't keep it inside me anymore, so i just simply told her.

I called her upstairs, and said i think i have a "fetish" Explained what it was, and she just laughed. I wish i could change how i said it all now.

So, telling a relative can be very difficult, embarrising and a very hard thing to do. The main thing i advise is to get your story straight before you start talking about it. Have a plan what you want to say, and possibly even get some text that explains what it is. If it's DL or infantism.

Simply sit them down, and explain it the best you can, but make sure you are sure you can trust the person you decided to tell.

Take it a bit at a time, and don't panic and rush into things saying it's thing and that, it's nothing to do with ... etc. Otherwise giving to much information will just make it harder for them to accept it and let it sink in.

I dout this will be put in the wiki, but i wanted to say my opinion anyway
