Yes you can make your own wiki on yourself.

Not that I'm positive, but I think that this was an accident.... A while back I remember clicking some link on the wiki, and it automatically created a forum. It might have been the discussion link or something similar... and what's wrong with making a page for yourself? Several members already have talk pages.

Um, last time I checked I didn't say anything was wrong with making a page for yourself.
