I understand the instructions, I just can't seem to create a new page. Every time I try and edit, it puts what I've written above the articles. I can't seem to create a new article.

That is an automatic post that is made whenever you hit the talk button above a wiki page and there isn't a talk thread yet. You by now probably know it but others might still wonder when they read it so I'll explain it anyhow.

What I think is easiest to do is:

Search using the name of the page you want to create
click on: "There is no page titled "test page". You can create this page."
Enter what ever you want on the page
hit OK

I am going to add diaper reviews.

I think that the diaper review section really should be improved, and could be an invaluable part of the site. There are hundreds of threads all asking 'will baby diaper x fit me'. If more people knew about the review section, and there were numerous reviews for many brands, the diaper review section could become much more useful, and keep random one question threads down.
