I am wearing a Seni Super Quattro. It's a diaper that XP Medical started carrying not long ago, and I recently decided to try it.

Leader Fitted Briefs usually with a stuffer of some kind in (for those wondering its like the old storebrands before the move to cloth like everywhere, it feels like hybrid of depends before they went cloth backed and attends with waistband as it has standing leg gaurds but is sized like attends with waist band albeit not going quite as far around as the attends with the padding.
