They are really nice. They have a cloth like back and the tabs are velcro-like and can be refastened. I was able to get a snug fit around my waist.
I am not sure of the brand, but I will go back and buy a whole package.

Abena Abri-Form Premium (UK) Medium 3600ml (126 Fl Oz, though never holds this much in reality).

This combination stops leaks from the side at night, when I sleep on my side and is incredibly absorbent. Sometimes, even the next morning, despite several big gushes, there is capacity left over and no leaks since using this combo.

At the moment, I am wearing 2, 4 layer Purity cloth diapers. I buy the 44"x44" so I can fold how I want. Obviously I an wearing plastic panties over them.

I'm wearing a large Comficare adult diaper. All I can say is wow. These are perhaps the best diaper in the world for absorbency. These are night diapers and are quite crinkly and bulky. I get them from http://www.saveexpress.de/ which is the cheapest place I found that ships to USA.
