can estimate the number of times based on an average day, but it various quite a bit for me. one day what i consider mild morning diaper good until lunch time than lunch time change until dinner three to four diapers within 24 hours during the work week. multiple wettings throughout the day so i don't stay dry for any long periods. however i can have some days where i just non-stop wet and or have multiple BM. just have to roll with what the day brings my way. make sure well stocked diaper backpack is handy when out and about.
