two accidents in one day

I've had two accidents today.. one bladder, one bowel neither has happened before. i write a post earlier about my BM. just come to bed for a nap, drifting off and I start to feel warmth down there... didn't even need a wee

I also had three problems today, 5 diapers so far. I can’t really handle fecal incontinence I feel your pain.
