A few minutes ago, I uncontrollably messed my diaper. Does this mean that i'm becoming incontinent?

Accidents can happen to anybody at any time. It doesn't mean you are becoming incontinent.
You may have an infection or have been drinking or something else.
Now if this continues and there is no obvious cause (i.e. infection or drinking) then it would be time to see a doctor to determine what may be causing this.

I think a single incident does not indicate incontinence and there's a lot more to incontinence than pooping your pants once or twice.
BUT - I think it is cause for concern.... most non-abdl people would be concerned. Was it like out of nowhere with absolutely nothing holding it back? did you fight it and loose that battle? Did you just decide not to fight the urge and let it happen?
