My grandmother is going to the hospital for about 1 week maybe more.

Basically, she tried to not do it, and she had too at the end of the day. I don't like it though, and I am scared that my brother will hurt me or worse. He said he wouldn't but I don't trust him. Still, I want to be calm but it's hard. My grandmother wants to have me to be with her, but it probably won't happen, I will have to see though.

i am not sure what you mean by "Hurt you" but if you are afraid of physical violence, then that is totally unacceptable.
People can be rude and it can feel like a punch in the face.
But the fear of real physical violence will mess you up baby.
Brother or no brother, if he assaults you, call the law!
Look at it this way, if he gets violent with you he could get violent with others, it is a hard situation but you need to be strong for this one.
There is a lot at stake if there is real violence involved.

Stand up to him. He will keep bullying you if you don't. I had someone bullying me in school. I had enough and punched him in the nose. He stopped after that.

Yeah... you really don't want to commit assault, it's a pretty bad response to a already hard situation.
Like i said, call Law Enforcement. That's what they get paid for....

Good news, my grandmother has me with her while I am at the appointment. So I won't have to worry about my brother for a while.
