I don’t have a choice in regard to when my bladder acts up, so everyday is a diaper day.

my incontinence issues have been a very gradual thing over the past six or seven years and mostly related to the meds that I take. since it is mostly urinary and continents in the form of incredibly frequent urination with very little warning and inability to hold it means that I’m using my diaper most of the time anyways. And the difference is really if I end up using the diaper once over the course of a 2 to 3 hour time. Or if I end up using it three or four times over that same time.. That’s what determines a good day or a bad day for me. Since I started taking Ozempic to there is more of the risk of having, a accident since I still trying to adjust my diet with food and that takes a long time to get used to, and if you think you’re eating right, it can affect you in a not so great way and you can randomly have an accident. No that is always a possibility for me on a weekly basis.
