For longtime IC members, when did your mom change you the last time?

Probably when I was about 8 and was hit by a car and was in really bad shape.... Don't really remember much other than being completely miserable that and having ic issues for months and being petrified of going back to school in diapers and a wheelchair. Not exactly the things that make you popular.....

When I was 13 my mom told me to start diapering myself for bed. She often checked to make sure lol the edges of my plastic pants were tucked in probably until age 16 or so. I’d usually wet more than once a night so when I was a too often getting my sheets somewhat wet my mom had me add a couple more cloth baby prefolds which of course just made my diaper bulge larger plus I think this was the reason she kept checking my plastic pant “edges” because she would say I was leaking because of the edges. I disagreed because it was obvious my diapers were totally soaked but that didn’t matter to her. Plastic mattress covers were essential.
