Medication time.
I also had a snack.
The Antibiotic prescribed for my UTI states "TAKE WITH FOOD".
Every 12 hours.
Yeah!
I just changed another "soaked" disposable adult pull-up training pant.
Transferring from wheelchair onto my adult medical potty chair next to my bed.
Then from potty chair back into my wheelchair.
Yes.
I just closed my bedroom window.
It is getting too cold right now.

At this time of day I always brush my teeth before bedtime later.
I have laid-out a pair of plastic pants to wear through the night later.
Online I am watching old episodes of:
BBC - THE SKY AT NIGHT
Science...
Not Fiction...
Sigh...
I just wetted myself again sitting in my wheelchair.
I am not ready to go to bed yet.
I am playing with one of my FISHER-PRICE baby/toddler toys.
The motion of the beads, and their colors, and their sounds are very calming and comforting.

I am up from my Sunday afternoon nap.
On DVD I am watching:
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES - THE ORIGINAL SERIES
Yes.
I went to church this morning.
My usual routine.
I wore my AFO leg braces.
I have been avoiding the news of the outside world.
It is a "depression" trigger.

Instead of the news I watched whatever was being aired on the "AMERICAN HEROES CHANNEL" on CATV.
A World War II documentary.
A re-run of:
THE NAZI JESUS
Now online I am watching:
THE UNKNOWN WAR - WWII AND THE EPIC BATTLES ON THE EASTERN FRONT
I apologize, but I watch stuff that "THE HISTORY CHANNEL" on CATV no longer airs.
I will note that again today I have had my bedroom window open to get "fresh" air indoors.
I will note that earlier I had Supper.

Almost an hour ago I took my evening medications.
Online I am watching:
BBC - THE SKY AT NIGHT
I have been in my wheelchair since 17:00.
At 19:00 I undressed to just a t-shirt and disposable adult pull-up training pant.
After 19:00 I am always in my bedroom.
My roommate is in his bedroom at the front of my mobile home.
He watches CATV in his bedroom.
Entertainment, News.
Me:
Documentaries.
Except when in my living room to watch DVD/BLU-RAY disks.
Weekday mornings is DVD/BLU-RAY disks watching time.
2 TV shows every weekday.
Entertainment in the morning on weekdays.

I am okay.
I am up from my nap.
An apology.
I needed to perform some video production/video editing this morning.
I was going to watch some television on DVD, but I did not.
I ate today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
I then took a long walk outside for exercise.
Then I took my nap.
My hands encased in the medical restraint mittens.
I admit to experiencing thoughts that I was cuckoo/insane while lying in my bed under my PAW PATROL blankie while my hands were restrained for 3:30 hours.
When I got up from my nap the disposable adult pull-up training pant I wore during my nap was soaked.

I was just outside to take a walk around my neighborhood for exercise.
Before that I was in another teleconference online.
Now it is time to quietly watch educational television online for the rest of the evening.
I just changed into another clean dry disposable adult pull-up training pant.
I have used 5 of them today so far.

I am finally getting into Adult Baby regression mode this evening.
Except for my nap in the afternoon I have been in "Adult Mode".
I have a pair of plastic pants laid-out to wear later.
I now need to put my medical restraint mittens on again.
They will come off only long enough at 23:30 to get ready for bed.
Then when I am in my bed they will go back on until 9:00 tomorrow on Tuesday.

Another morning of video editing and production here at home on my computer.
A 3rd TV show of my own creation about me talking about Science.
I was just outside for a long walk for exercise using my blue pair of Loftstrand Crutches.
Now I am back indoors.
Soon it will be nap time.

I had to turn it off.
I got disgusted with hearing the habitual liar say again how he is being persecuted for being held accountable for his evil misdeeds.
Anyway, I am up from my nap and I had Supper.

I then needed to video chat with autistic friend, MS, down-under in Australia.
Yes.
I have a lot of Autistic friends across the planet via the internet.
Anyway, now I am watching a science documentary about Earth Science.

My 82 year-old roommate is out and will return later.
Outside it is overcast.
Not raining.
No.
I am not going to watch the news.
I am tired of hearing about the "wealthy" pathalogical liar.
If I did what he did, I would be in prison.

I tied up my laptop computer with rendering video for a TV show about Science for 1:30 hours.
I stored the completed file on a USB flash drive.
While that was going on, on DVD in my Living Room I watched:
THE WILD WILD WEST
DOCTOR WHO
I also had today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
The Sun did come out a little bit.
But it is still mostly cloudy.
Yes.
I have been in my wheelchair since ~ 9:15.

I then had supper.
I paid another bill and mailled it off.
Now online I am watching a History Documentary.
World War II.
A television program about the Nazi GESTAPO.
Outside there was rain earlier.
But it is overcast and it will be raining again later tonight.
