Then I hobbled outside for another walk outside for exercise in my own neighborhood.
Now online I am quietly watching Educational Television online:
SOVIET STORM: WORLD WAR II IN THE EAST
World War II from the "Russian" point of view.
I am undressed to just my t-shirt and my diaper and I am in my wheelchair here in my bedroom.

Earlier I had a video chat with an Autistic friend out in the Midwest.
He is okay.
As for me, I am back to quietly watching Educational Television.
Sitting in my wheelchair in a wet diaper.
But not wet enough to needing to be changed.
I will apologize for not really watching much if any of the news of the outside world.
No need to mess with my own head, which is already impaired due to Autism.

I will note that my Star Trek Communicator is fully charged.
I unplugged the USB charging brick.
I have laid down my last disposable underpad.

I just changed my diaper.
Besides being very wet, it was poopy.
I am now wearing nothing but my diaper and sitting in my wheelchair.

This morning the MTA CART Paratransit Service took me to the WALMART across town here in Derry, New Hampshire.
I purchased "Incontinence Supplies".
I also purchased (1) DVD Box Set.

After returning home after 13:00, I had Lunch via Meals on Wheels for the Elderly.
Anyway, I am undressed and back in my wheelchair.
I am now comfortable in just a t-shirt and diaper alone in my bedroom.
At the front end of my house, my 82 year-old roommate is taking a nap.
As for me I am watching online:
NAZI WAR MACHINES
Sigh...
I just checked my schedule.
I have another teleconference online at 18:00.

30 tons of mashed potatoes distilled down to Ethyl Alcohol per German V-2 Ballistic Missile was a fucking massive waste of food that could have fed people.
10X the number of starving Nazi Slaves died making V-2 Ballistic Missiles than were blown-away by the "conventional" warheads on the V-2.

Also earlier I had an upset stomach and I vomited.
Before it got dark I took out recyclables.
I did just take my evening medications.
I will note that I have been performing picking up clutter.

I have laid out a disposable bed pad to sleep on later.
I have been quietly playing with a MATCHBOX toy truck while watching Science Documentaries online.
I am not ready for bed yet.
I did just change a very wet disposable pull-up training pant for an adult.
I am in my wheelchair.
Much safer than trying to walk on my spastic Cerebral Palsy affected legs without any walking aids here in my bedroom.
I could stumble, fall, and injure myself.

In a little over an hour I have a paratransit ride over to the Nutfield Medical Building on Birch Street across town just north of Shute's Corner.
It is to see my Urologist.
My 82 year-old roommate is out and will return later.
I did watch a little bit of television via my BLU-RAY/DVD Disk Player.

I am okay.
I am back home from my Urologist Appointment.
Besides seeing my Urologist, I hobbled down to the RITE AID Pharmacy at Shute's Corner to refill my High Blood Pressure medication, more AA size batteries, and adult diapers.
Despite being totally incontinent, I have zero urine "retention" issues.
My bladder completely empties, albeit uncontrollably.

I am in physical comfort mode in the evening.
Just a t-shirt and disposable adult pull-up training pant while seated in my wheelchair in my bedroom.
A few minutes ago I changed a soaked pull-up training pant into a clean and dry one.
I am being "Big" and "Little" at the same time.
I am mutely hugging "ERNIE" Elephant.
I need him.
I need "regression" time.

One of them, TAMSULOSIN (FLOMAX) shuts off the Male Hominid Primate Penis Ejaculation Function.
I can get all of the Penis Vascular Tumescence I want, but my orgasms are "dry", like pre-puberty greater than 52 years ago.

I do "THE BEHAVIOR".

Household trash has to be removed and put into the communal dumpster here in my trailer park.
Including all my wet and poopy diapers.
I also had a short walk for exercise.
This morning I had to shower to clean up after waking up in a massively wet and poopy night diaper.
With Cerebral Palsy, even a mild form, I am not mobile enough to get out of my bed safely to crawl into my bathroom during the night to make it to the toilet to not have a massive bowel accident in my diaper.
I will note that I always correctly take my medications, despite their side-effects.
Increased urine flow.
Wet, messy, uncontrollable bowel movements.
I do not play "Medication Roulette" at my age of 66.
One individual who did play the "Medication Roulette" Game was (GAY)DOLF (SHIT)LER from 1933 to 1945.
Shit Man!
Literally!
He was popping pills and getting hypodermic needles stuck in his arm 24/7 by his "QUACK" Primary Care Physician.
80 fucking "Prescriptions" per day for 12 straight years.
Pills made from Human Shit (literally)...
Pills made from mashed-up "Bull Testicles"...
Crystal Meth...
Oxycodone (Oxycontin)...
Cocaine...
Barbituates...
"WACKO" Vitamin Concoctions...
Etc...
Compared to me, (GAY)DOLF (SHIT)LER was a fucking "DOPE JUNKIE".

My roommate this morning had to go to the Social Security Office in Manchester, NH.
After he returned home, he took me to the RITE AID Pharmacy at Shute's Corner here in Derry to pick up and pay for the antibiotic medication for my UTI.

Despite it being cool outside, I did have my bedroom window open while it was daylight.
Now it is late in the evening and I am back in Night Owl Mode.
Online I am quietly watching Science Documentaries.
Today I watched zero television until after 20:00.
I have also picked up some clutter in my bedroom.
I am still in my wheelchair wearing nothing else but a disposable adult pull-up training pant.
My days between 17:00 and 23:00 are spent sitting in my wheelchair.
Being in a wheelchair for many hours a day is normal for me.
Yes.
I can walk.
But not very well as a 66 year-old with Cerebral Palsy.
When I do walk using Loftstrand Crutches or using a Rollator Walker Frame, the furthest distance I ambulate is north to the intersection of NH Route 28 and NH Route 28B.
Yes.
I have a clean pair of plastic pants to wear over my night diaper at bedtime later at 23:59.
