I'm almost always in a diaper mood. Wearing is more a question of opportunity than anything else.

For me it’s the end of the week, I got home and saw a new diaper left out on top of the toilet lid, just got done mowing and now gathering sticks to make a small back yard fire and wait for my honey to come home

Euphemism for pooping I think. Unless they are bakers and bake baby shower cakes with diapers on it.

For me, the mood comes and goes, but when it comes, it often hits hard. If I decide to wear a diaper, the mood will also hit, even if it previously hadn't. It all seems so complicated.
