I changed my own diaper for the first time today! I use them for incontinence due to my autism, so even though I do enjoy them when I am Little, I do need them out of my LittleSpace. However, changing it myself was time consuming and yucky! Does anyone have any tips for making the process faster? And to anyone who changes other people/themselves, how do you deal with the yuckiness?
 
And to add on this, I'm mostly just wanting help/advice on how to deal. I want to be more independent but I'm having trouble. I rely on my dad/aides for basically everything, and I don't want that.
 
Have you asked your dad to show you how to change a diaper quickly?
 
To be honest, practice makes perfect. If you need to, buy some disposable gloves to make changes cleaner. I can't really give you much advice beyond that because it takes a lot of trial and error to get diapers on correctly by yourself. Take your time, and with practice, you'll develop a routine and it will eventually be a piece of cake. Just don't ever rush it.
