Tactical baby gear makes quality products, got a backpack myself! To be fair, mostly it's just a durable backpack that happens to be military gear themed (read: hyper-masculine, definitely not childish) with potentially a few features that are diapering related. For example my backpack has a built-in changing pad that wouldn't exactly work for my adult body - but the add on purpose-designed wipes holder is useful! And it was fun to order my own Velcro patches to decorate the bag with...
I have a mini-backpack (think purse sized) in my car for easy to grab and small footprint supplies - has up to the diapers, wipes, travel sized rash cream and powder. Having a complete change of clothes available at all times hasn't been a concern.
