I read about this article, laughing that I wish I had my barista would wear a bikini. Obviously the issue was about actual sex. But they did try to make codes about what you wear. I just wonder if they try to limit what you might wear under your diaper.

Personally I'd prefer that the folks making food/drinks that I'm going to ingest wear as much clothing as possible, but my baseline horny levels trend low. Whatever floats your boat!

Ideally they would have established cafe themed brothels with clearly stated and enforced hygiene practices and terms of service and then worked with law enforcement to prosecute bad clients, not made weird unregulated coffee stands. Not their fault the city's run by nimbyish jackasses though, they made it work and then fought to defend their livelihoods. Good for them.
