Best Medicare-approved pullups for F-IC?

My wife is F-IC (IBS issues) as well as U-IC (but she's on dialysis now so she doesn't make much pee anymore), and we have been paying for her diapers for years. Because of this, we buy inexpensive ones from WalMart. They don't handle a blowout too well.

We aren't interested in tabbed diapers -- too much of a PITA to put them on.

So, who makes the best pullups for F-IC that are covered by medicare?
 
Ibs and pull ups don't work I've tried em all even expensive ones leaked even on smaller accidents and to top it off if it was a very small accident they did nothing to hold odor In so many awful experiences with them
 
sorry I don't actually use pullups but the best I can recommend is seeing if insurance also covers booster inserts to add to the pull-up
