IMO with having tried them they are best for low to mid incontinence only
I find the "tapes" not the best so make sure to really push them firmly to secure but still found sometimes they'd pop off while sleeping or walking or partially pop reducing the qualities of the fit
leg guards were meh
so long as you don't flood you're ok
I found they leak out the sides vs the micro drop leak of the Abena "Premium" slip
