So between UT games and the new stadiu that should make visiting downtown almost impossible at least 6 months out of the year lol. We do have a very walkable downtown and up until recently it has been super user friendly to park.

I'm just glad to see downtown expand outside of cocktail bars and craft beer. I don't drink any longer so having some more family orientated fun close to home is certainly a great thing.
