Fellow Dakotan here lol and for sure I've talked to like 1 or 2 people from the area online but that's as far as I've come. Seems like our FetLife groups are all dead too.

Yeah, for sure honestly don't see many people being open with it around here just because a lot of people aren't very open-minded. Coming out as gay when I was younger I dealt with so much BS in school I ended up dropping out and getting my GED then started working because I didn't want to deal with all the crap that was happening in school. Things have been getting better here though now that we've got a lot of people moving here from out of state and people my age are starting to become more accepting. Really just hope that it stays that way because I love our state but if things don't end up changing, I don't see myself staying here in the long run.
