Anxiety + app tacker

I’m aware I’m an adult, but I still have to abide by my parental units rules. So I’m having anxiety about them leaving for six days, and I’ll be alone. I forgot to take my anxiety meds this morning so that’s probably why im so scared right now but does anyone have any advice?

Just enjoy that little bit of freedom while they're gone temporarily (without breaking rules of course) This is the perfect time to go all out and indulge in ABDL/little space activities
