Not sure if you knew this but back during COVID, Walmart decided to try an idea out: every Saturday from 8-10 am, the store turned down music and reduced lighting a bit to help people with sensory issues have a better shopping experience; since then, Walmart has implemented this as a daily activity, seven days a week, 8-10 am. 🥳🥳🥳🥰🥰🥰

Has anyone else known about this?

Wally World actually did something that was beneficial to a community? Amazing!

Well, in their defense, nobody else seems to be doing it.

Sad and accurate. I'm not autistic, but loud noises and bright lights have often been problematic for me.

I myself need a lot of quiet as a 66 year-old Autistic.

I've known about this, but I've never gone since as it is, I hate Walmart, and now there's not one nearby, I prefer to shop at the far less overwhelming grocery stores near me.
