Age regression- how does one find their headspace?

I haven’t done agre in a long time, it’s been around 8/9 months now- before that I’ve never really known where I’ve fallen in headspace. I suppose I thought it was simple to know in a way, what items you use, how you talk extra. But as someone who’s still living with family I can’t fully go out for clothes or diapers, any advice Is appreciated thank you.
