Does anyone know of any place where you can get patterns for adult baby clothes like dresses, rompers, sun suits or diaper sets?

Nope, at least not specifically abdl patterns for clothing.
You can get plenty for baby stuff which with a bit of knowledge and time can be upscaled, and plenty of standard "vanilla" adult clothing that could potentially be used for AB stuff with the right fabrics or adjustments but either way you are going to have to know/learn how to make or alter patterns yourself.
Neither is that hard just gotta try it and see how it goes.
If you give it a go I would recommend installing valentina which is a free pattern designer built a bit like a CAD interface, takes some getting used to but produces good results and can be built around a measurements file, change the measures and the outfit changes to match if you build it right so you can make for any size.
The paid version of it is called seemly but they mostly do the same thing.

Simplicity has "adaptive" bibs for the elderly. It's essentially a big size bib but you can slap some baby fabric on it and boom ABDL bibs. That's what I use for my business.( I sell them). Hope this helps.
