I saw an episode of family guy where the neighbor in the wheelchair is being diapered and his wife whose doing the diapering is talking about how unmanly it was baisicly. I was watching this with some friends who had inadvertanly found out about my fetsh just days before I wanted to curl up and die because I knew they knew but never said any thing. How they found out is a tale for another day though.

Also, anyone remember the Mighty Heroes? They were only on for one season from 1966-67 but were re-run foryears with Mighty Mouse. One of the heroes was Diaper Man, who looked like a kid but had a gravely voice like Popeye and used his bottle as a weapon. Doing some research I saw that Ralph Bakshi created the Mighty Heroes and that makes me suspicious, I definitely think it was a nod there. Guy did Fritz the Cat for crying out loud...

This weeks episode of Futureama included all of the team wearing "sleep pants" aka diapers to hook up to a machine to enter a dream realm.

I couldn't find any screen shots posted online yet though.
 
Yeah Blink 182 has a lot of references to pee/pooping pants and diapers. Especially in their live album where they do the comedy skits at the end.
 
Not exactly ABDL but one episode of Arthur had a girl with bedwetting issues who had to wear diapers. I always liked Jenna's design but ever since that episode she's pretty much disappeared. She didn't speak for years.

There is a simpsons episode where Homer has to wear diapers. I'm not sure if it has been mentioned, I can't read through 91 pages, but it's called "How I Wet Your Mother"
 
Now that I think about it, in Animal Crossing you can get a pacifier accessory. You can also decorate your house in stuff that's associated with AB's.

There are two themes that actually fit. The nursery theme and the Kiddie theme.
 
I watched a short film today called "the death and return of superman". It's totally weird and random but the badguy in it is the "doomsday baby". He is like an Incredible Hulk with horns and in the first scene be comes into the film, he is wearing a big adult diaper. For some reason, he doesn't have it for the rest of the film.

Love the mighty heroes so much, that episode of the Simpsons though completely killed the show for me.

@spddan: Same here for me, I've watched all 24 seasons that have aired so far, as well as the movie :).

Not that I'm bragging or anything lol :p.

Kind of an awkward Japanese video advertising incontinence products. What strikes me about it is just how un-taboo diapers seem to be in the video.
I wouldn't expect anything like this in american media whatsoever -- when you're buying diapers you almost wouldn't even know there were diapers in the bag!!
And certainly the shame aspect of diapers keeps them from being as functional and well-made as they clearly are in this product line.

Not ABDL exactly but I just remembered Nozomi from the Elfen Lied manga is inconstinent and wears a diaper.

Note, that the series is very well-known within anime communities because of it's over-the-topic violence and nudity. Nozomi only pops up in the manga but is a pretty major character.
