so...i found out i dont have a bladder infection but im still wetting the bed non stop.

went to docs today, got my physical which went well, got 2 shots

got a perscription to get a ultrasound to check my kidneys and bladder.

if all is well with it i might only need to repotty train for bedtime,or just shrink my bladder to normal size.

my opinion is i dont care what is wrong i just want to keep my happiness and security of the diapers.

You have to worry about any infection, it can spread, so don't think about not takeing the medication, or it may kill you.

as far as wanting to wear diapers even when the infection clears up, thats your choice, just don't try to potty train yourself, if that is truly what you want.

As far as being incontenent, I would not wish that on the worse person in the world, it's tough enough going thru life, without being incontenent.

I wish you well in getting better, just follow what the doctor says and hopefully you will get better, as Ballucanb says the infection could kill you or make you very unwell if it was to spread to your Kidneys.

UTI's are really bad... maybe if it is an infection and is treated u could tell ur parents, "I like sleeping in them, and i feel like i am insecure with the whole bedwetting even tho i no it is fine it will make me feel better and it will be easier to sleep"

just an idea, but as i said UTI's are REALLY dangerous things

yea... i feel so much more happier and safe at nite...wish it could be 24/7 tho but we'll see how i feel when this is all over.

Yes indeed! Infection that gets out of control can kill you quickly, too. A very good friend of ours who also worked at the same office with me, retired and moved to another state a couple years ago. A few months back I was in the office one day and was shocked to hear he had recently died! He had gotten some type of infection, which quickly went out of control, and he was gone in almost no time at all. He was perfectly healthy prior to contracting the infection. Infections are nothing to mess around with! Echoing what has already been said, please follow your doctor's advice on treatment medications.

yea...both docs said their is no infection as far as they can tell...but my only problem is im wetting while i sleep, so i hope the ultrasound will show whats wrong.
