How many people here use a NUK size 3 (the biggest in store one) because they are easy to find?

Are they far too small or can they work ok?

I'm thinking about buying one for the hell of it, to see what it feels like and I want to know how many people can use one due to the small size.

I don't use mine that much but it's ok. Even if it doesn't work out it's not like you wasted alot of money; I got 2 for $4 when I got mine.

i have a nuk 3 and i use it alot and like kenshin said your not wasting much money at all
besides for me it fits pretty comfortable

Nuk 3s are definitely all right. I have a couple that I use a lot, and though they're not the best (I want some Nuk 5s), they certainly work well and aren't a waste of money.

Another vote FOR the NUK 3. I liked the feel of the one I had.

I love my NUK 3. It fits almost perfectly when I'm upright, but when I'm laying down it is a little small.

I bought a few for just a few euros so don't worry about money, bottles cost much more compared to dummies. The only thing I can tell you is to just buy one yourself to find out if it's big enough for you. I mean the NUK3 ones are too small for me, although I can put it in my mouth and suck on it, it's not how I imagine it to be, so there must be something better. On the other hand, NUK3's are big enough for someone I know, not all mouths are as big as a regular adult mouth

I use a generic yellow dummy, with a 'cherry' design. It works well for me and it's wider than 'circle' style binkies. They also have a firmer and larger teat, so I'd recommend it.

I've got a couple of Nuk 3s as well as my Nuk 5. The only real problem with the Nuk 3 is that the stem part doesn't push the bulb part much past your teeth so when you're sucking it hurts your teeth a lot more than the Nuk 5 does (and I'm just using that to compare to what it "should" feel like). I still suck one of my Nuk 3s in my car whenever I drive home from work in the dark and it's good for that 20 minutes, but much longer than that and my teeth really start to hurt. My suggestion is buy some. They're cheap and they're satisfying for short term sucking. If you want to suck for longer than 20 minutes or so or try to sleep with a paci, you may have to eventually spring for a Nuk 5, depending on how big your mouth is (although the wording of your post doesn't sound like you have any such plans, so I'm guessing the Nuk 3 will be fine for your experimentation purposes. Just don't rely on using a paci designed for toddlers to give you an accurate pacifer experience. It'll get you by, but it's not really what sucking on a paci should feel like or feels like to a bio-baby).

Nuk 3's are fine I have a small mouth though
