They work only for a minority and most CDs are fake. If you're really adamant on trying this then make sure to get a free one or just go ahead and search your favorite torrent sites for such.
Natural trigger hypnosis works better, I even developed my own method of such. I have a trigger and my girlfriend has a trigger. They're excellent for a sudden controlled relief of emotion/stress build-up, I imagine. I don't really use mine often and my girlfriend doesn't use it often. Though I make sure to use hers frequently as to get her to sleep. ^_^ I'm sure it angers her to no end, but being that we are so far away, if we were in person, I'd make sure to enforce a decent bedtime for her unless she had a very good reason otherwise. She's very special and adorable to me, I enjoy looking after her, especially when she fusses. She has the most adorable nose, I just wanna eat it all up, she looks fantastic, she is very gentle and very pure, I don't think I could ask more of her...Oh...Bah. Anyhow: Hypnosis CDs = Fail for the most part. |

well it all depends on who the person is and how they react to hypnosis. I am a believer in hypnosis as i have seen it first hand (with hilarious results, might i add). I tried it and personally after trying it for a few weeks i didnt get the results that i wanted. I used some of the free files from here:

Allow me to refer you to here. (being another thread on the same topic)
From what I have heard these a) don't usually work and b) aren't the healthiest way to do it. Anyways, teaching yourself to wet lying down is easy. You just have to teach yourself to associate wetting with lying down. I recommend going from standing to crouching to lying down. Just try to relax and get a bit of practice in and it'll be okay. I went from having not worn in 4 years to being able to go full flow lying down over 3 diapers. It is just a matter of relaxation and getting rid of mental restraints about it. As for wetting while you sleep, are you sure you want to do it. Not everybody can only wet the bed if they wear diapers and most of the hypnosis out there is pretty rubbish - so if it doesn't work you will probably either end up wetting padded or no or not wetting at all.For one thing, it could be expensive. You might have to wear diapers every night if it works so if you don't do that already consider if you are willing to pay that much. Also - it will impact on you social life. Even if you are adamant, it is probably better to go slowly, without hypsosis. Try having a drink before you go to bed. When you wake up to go to the toilet - wet instead. Try to be relaxed and wake up as little as possible. Over time it becomes part of you sleep patterns until you wet without waking up. Far less dangerous, and more effective, than most hypnosis tapes will be. As an aside, what is the basis behind natural trigger hypnosis Error? I'm interested. I think most people have a fear of wetting the bed, and I think, you need to tell yourself it is OK to wet, and make sure the bed if you wet is totaly protected.
It was like the first time I tried to wet a diaper, I had that diaper on for hours and couldn't wet it, so what I did is added a little tap water to give me a wet sensation, and then I went where if I wet, and leaked, I knew everything would be alright. So I went to the basement, there is nothing down there to damage, and clean up is easy, if I leaked, then I wet the diaper, very good I might add. Try putting a cover on the bed, like plastic, then, maybe your brain will let you wet. |

I wasn't quite sure whether or not hypnosis would work or not, but I had a little money on my hands latley and I decided, what the hell, I've tried out pretty much everything else in this little hobby of mine, why not mind games. Well I got the “Socal AB” hypnosis system for wetting and messing while in diapers only.
Now, I've been a diaper lover for quite a long time; I remember when I was 4, seeing a commercial for pull-ups training pants and thinking, “Those are awesome, I want those, Mommy can I get some pull-ups!?!?!?!!!!” Well ever since then I was always trying to get into some form or diaper, be it home-made or whatever. When I got my license to drive, things really picked up in the diaper acquisition department and I was more often than not spending time in diapers, going through the standard binge and give-up cycle. While in the binge part I was always trying to become incontinent. Well after 4 1/2 years of that, I've gotten so that when I've been wearing diapers to bed regularly for a week or so I'll wet the bed (or my diapers rather) a little if I drink a crap load of dr pepper beforehand. Well after getting the socal hypnosis system I wet the bed on the second night of listening to it to sleep; enough that my diaper was leaking all over, and I now only sleep on my top bunk. (It is equipped with plastic sheets.) I never thought it would work so well! Now, I do think that there are some other factors besides the hypnosis itself which greatly helped: 1) I WANTED to wet the bed at night uncontrollably. The hypnosis was just the extra push my subconscious control of my sphincter needed. 2) I associated wetting the bed with positive elements of thought. If you want to wet the bed, but still think of bedwetting as a trait of underdeveloped or not yet fully matured kids or babies, and that it’s not acceptable in most people's eyes, it’s probably not likely that you'll start bedwetting by way of hypnosis. 3) When you lie down to go to sleep and hit play on your iPod or cd player for the hypnosis to put you to sleep, get excited, think "I'm gonna be crapping myself sillier than a little kid in a pool after this!" get happy about it, look forward to it. I sure do after a hard day at work. Now I'm not claiming that it will work 100% of the time or anything, I'm sure the persona and psychological factors of each individual person will have a great deal of effect of whether or not a system like this will be successful for you. Nor do I claim that this will do 100% all it claims to either. For example, I haven't started messing myself crazy like I should be according to the system. But if nothing else, the “relax” part that gears you up for the hypnotic trance really helps me to get loosened up after being at work. Hope my experience helps you out. (BTW, please don't ask me for a free copy of this system. I am, among other things, a musician and a recording engineer and have even wrote papers on the evils (yes evils) of copyright infringement, and I strictly adhere to these as they secure a significant portion of my livelihood.) |

Hmmm... maybe it isn't so much a waste of time and money.
It'd definitely be different for every person, though. Everyone's mind and subconscious is different. So, I think some people would be more susceptible to hypnosis than others. I wouldn't want to do it, though. |
