Default How long

This might be better in the off topic forum but i'm not sure.

How long did it take you to learn how to do stuff like tieing your shoes or beign potty trained or how to ride a bike?

Just simple stuff that every kids learns how to do as they get older.

For me I didn't learn how to tie my shoes intil I was 10, I was potty trained at 2.5 and I have never been able to ride a two wheel bike because of a condition I have that effects my balence, so I have a three wheeler. Yup I have a big tricycle.

You can answer the questions i've got or come up with something of your own.

I never learned how to ride my bike, because my balancing is bad... And I'm afraid of falling.

I was potty trained at 2, but I guess I relapsed or something, and it wasn't completed until 3.

Tying my shoes? I could tie my shoes since I was very young.

I learned to tie my shoes at about ten too! As for potty training I was 4 and riding a bicycle I learned at 7 however I fell off a heck of a lot.

Good question!

Here is my response. For potty training and tying my shoes, I cannot remember an exact age. Potty training was learned somewhere around age 3. Tying my shoes was learned by age 5.

I learned to ride a bike without training wheels somewhere around age 7. To this day, I remember how upset I was on the day my training wheels were removed. Right after my failed attempts, little brother (2 years younger) asked for his training wheels to be removed. After only a half an hour, he was riding his little bike very well. For the next month, he rode circles around me as Dad continued to help me learn. My skill with 2 wheels has never come close to little brother's.

I didn't know how to tie my shoes until I was 9, I had difficulty with that tree loop. So I learned how to tie them from therapy, I learned the bunny loop (easier). Well at least I don't have to tuck my shoe laces in my socks anymore. Lastly I was potty trained at the age of 3 and I learned how to walk at the age of 1. (I learned things quick.)

Oooo. This one was odd for me. Tieing my shoes took 'til I was 11.
I couldn't swim 'til 12.
Couldn't ride a bike 'til 13.

But here's the odd one...

I was reading A-Level Psychology books by four - And understanding them.
