If you want to pee in bed you should get yourself some kind of bed protection. Having a some kind of absorbent waterproof pad under you make it easier to let go. Once you get good at it you will find out that many diapers are not up to absorbing a full pee from a healthy bladder while laying down. If you are pretty free to do your laundry you can get a re-useable one cheap. There are also disposable ones.

well ive been doing this for years now and i can let go now without barely thinking about it. Wierd thing is that i can easily pee sitting or laying down but cant pee walking..
Advice would be that patience and practice does wonders, oh and from my experience being a bedwetter helps :P

Yeah dude, it's tough to your body to just, ya know, go without waking up. I was a bed wetter for a long time - although I never wore diapers for that - but later on when I had stopped wetting the bed and actually got into wearing diapers, I could never get myself to go while I was sleeping. I'd drink a ton, make sure I was really tired and everything, but maybe just cause y mind was so focused on it that I couldn't actually just le myself sleep through. I'm not sure that makes any sense. Whatever.

I've since given up on it, but good idea might be to drink a lot at night and make you're your already pretty wiped out from the day so you're tired. You'll probably wake up in the night, but just use your diaper and go back to sleep. You get into that pattern by doing it over and over again and maybe you'll get used to it, I dunno. Just make sure that you have some exrta means of keeping your bed protected from the wet diaper, because if you're rolling around in it while you're asleep I think there's a good chance it's gonna leak on you, which probably isn't something you want to happen. Hope that's kinda helpful.

i made it halfway through the night and gave up, totally wasn't working for me
