Find things that you associate or you feel naturally drawn to.
It could be smells, softness, tastes, anything really. For example. just snuggling with a plushie will help me regress. Looking at and wearing certain colors helps too. Also, im pressed towards cloth diapers alot more then i am Disposables. |

Adding to what FalloutFox said...
Smells are the most primal and powerful memory triggers, so I'd reccommend getting something that when you smell it, makes you remember your childhood/babyhood, or makes you think of being a baby/child. For me, it's a certain brand of fabric softener; mum washes my Purple (fabric doll) in it, as well as my bedlinen. Nothing makes me feel more like a baby girl than snuggling my plushie and wrapping myself in a blankie. As Fallout says, it's the combined sensory experience that makes it 'real'. Think about what makes you think 'toddler'. Here're some ideas: Smells: Baby powder, fabric softener, very very light perfumes Sights: Pastel colours; baby blue is in, indigo is out. White is also a good choice. Tastes: Mild/sweet tastes; water down your juice, for example, or drink milk. Sweet things should be okay, but remember this is a texture thing too. Chocolate, for example, melts in a little one's mouth. A lollipop does not. Feel...ings?: Soft, cotton. Covers should be able to become 'cocoons' and be fluffy. Sounds: Try tapes of nursery rhymes, and sing along. Or, get a mobile. If you like watching TV during regression, try watching 'baby' channels. These are just ideas of what you can try. I've found the most important thing for me to regress is total security/safety feeling. Like 'I have no worries right now, I am safe, I am loved, I am warm'. |

i really wish i could figure out how to do this too.
i know that they make/sell tapes and stuff. but i don't really know if they work. i want to get some but i don't want to waste that much money for something that won't work... Last edited by Trevor; 2 Weeks Ago at 02:00 AM. Reason: merging posts |

If no one has said it already, Welcome to Warp MY Mind is a great resource for hypnosis. I find hypnosis is quite relaxing and I have been tranformed into a 24 hour baby once with my girlfriend... really nice!

Was there a childhood toy you really liked to play with when you were little. For me, it was the toy gas station/parking deck, and trains. I could play with them for hours. You need to find something that was important and enjoyable to you when you were very young. Bottles are also very affective. You might try a recording of those little kid songs. The smell of baby powder is also an idea.
