Almost caught!

Had a close call today.. forgot I had my new footed sleeper in the back seat of my truck and I went out with some friends.. "what's this monkey blanket back here?"

My heart stopped!

I made a joke about how I never leave the house without my awesome "monkey blanket", and everyone laughed.. Luckily she left it at that. Good thing it was night time, and she didn't rummage..

I gotta be more careful! :/

Anyone else have close calls with friends? Hopefully with as much luck as I..

i happen to hide my stash of things really close to my phone charger (actually in the trunk table thing i have as a bedside table. people like to see what is in this trunk if they happen to see that there are hinges there. if people don't see the hinges they wouldn't even know that it is there. gosh that hiding place is so hard to explain.
some of my friends are nosy, i saw one of my canadian friends looking through my drawers, luckily he didnt get to that trunk thing by the time i got there.

I've had a close call but it wasn't my fault. My mom found an old Mickey stuffed animal and put it on my bed. I had a friend come over and he say it. Luckily I have younger brothers to blame it on

I hate that heart stop feeling. It almost hurts and makes thinking of an excuse very hard.

Just recently I had a close call with my mom.

I had brought my box of stuff into bed with me and covered it with a bunch of blankets then leaned back on it. I did this so if any one were to come in, they wouldn't see a suspicious box in my room when I was trying to open it.

I was siting in bed with it watching the Animatrix when my mom comes in and asks if she can take the covers off my bed to be washed. Revealing the box! D:

So I complain in the most immature way possible,

"But Mooommm, I just got comfortable and this is the bestt paarttttttt... I'll do it later."

Worked!

after she left I got what I wanted out of the box (my paci) and put the box back in my closet. I hide the paci in a draw and brought the sheets to her, Safe!

I had a diaper and a pair of plastic pants hanging in the laundry room to dry. My wife and I were doing laundry when my son arrived at the house and walked into the laundry room to talk. I kept seeing the "items" which seemed to get larger and larger, eventually dominating the entire room. They were hanging in the back, away from the washer and dryer, so I'm hoping he didn't see anything.

In the final analysis, you just have to say, oh well, such is life!
