Default What'd be the easiest solution?

I woke up this morning having emptied my bladder across my bed for possibly the first time in 9 years. I didn't actually know what had happened until I got up.

I'm afraid I might do so again tonight, but although I doubt it it is better to be safe than sorry.

What'd be the best solution to prevent getting a wet matress again tonight?
And before you say diapers, rubber sheets, etc, I dont have access to any of those.

And my throat always gets dry around 8 onward so you can't deny me a drink. :/

Well, if you can't protect or prevent, I don't think there's much you can do. I'd say the best you can do is place a bunch of towels in between your sheets and mattress. Hopefully if it does happen again, the towels will take most of the blow.

I was hoping it wouldnt come to that, my mom would notice if towels were being used up quickly. >.<

But, if thats the only way, I'll just make an excuse.
Thanks for answering

set your alarm for 2 or 3 hour intervals, when it goes off, get up and try to go pee.

Don't have an alarm, and I need my sleep. But I'll try and borrow an alarm.
Thanks

Why ask for solutions if you're going to shoot down every one given to you?

Either protection (water proof bed sheet + towels or diapers) or an alarm are the easiest things to do if you want nobody to know about it. However, if it continues for no reason, you will have to teel somebody.

I'm not shooting them down, im improvising.
Alarm suggestion: Already said I'll try borrowing one.
Towel suggestion: Already said wasnt going to but if neccesary I'll come up with an excuse.

As for the protection, if it DOES carry on... i may have to.
