thing is it's a nuk 5 it's supossed to help you teeth last time i checked so you should be fine

Pacis can and will mess up the alignment of your teeth if you use them too often... ask any dentist.

Having had one of a few years I can with out a doubt say your wrong on this issue. It's designed to help people start swallowing or sucking again and in rare cases me used for speech therapy, but they aren't at all made to help teeth at all.
