Paci teeth problems

They can alter your tooth alignment in the front, mainly the upper teeth. This is one of the reasons it's recommended that children stop using them around 12 months. While you're not likely to ruin your adult teeth with one, the harder you bite down on it the more you're likely to have a sore jaw or teeth. It also varies person to person, some will have discomfort, some will not.

I assume you mean a nuk 5, but no that night was the first, It seems to be getting less painful as time goes on.

On Ebay there are several sellers who will ship to Australia, this is just the first one I saw.

Nope, I meant #3. NUK 3 is usually the largest one can find in general retail. The reason I wondered is whether you'd started from the start with a NUK 5 or had used a smaller one prior.

I occasionally had used a nuk 3 before but not for more that more than 30 minutes or so at a time. It's become pretty much painless now

I think alot of the problem is that alot of teens are going for the Nuk 5 pacifier which even says on most sites that they are for adults mouths. That's what alot of the problem is. I am 28 and even still, I use the baby pacifire you can find in almost any store. I believe they are for babies 6 months or older. Good size for me. It's enough to enjoy without putting preasure on my teeth. Here is a picture from walgreens who carries them:

You don't have to get the Orthodontic ones, but anyone of them for babies 6 months or older. They seems to have a good fit, and best of all they have great baby designs since they are afterall for babies.
