Please Find A Story For Me

i am looking for a story where this boy goes to the restroom at his high school, and when he starts to pee, he teleports back to the classroom, where he pees in a diaper. and he goes back and takes the diaper off and throws it away, and trys to pee again and the diaper goes right back on him.
story is on ADISC i remember reading it, does anyone remember it and please provide a link.
