Ok, this is my first *b/dl related story I've written, be nice pwease. The character is from one of my RPing boards and I see her as an infantilist. Though, this story doesn't make her out to be one quite yet, more of a prequel if you will. Hooray for starting out things with bedwetting! That hasn't been done before
! This is just the first part, more to come fyi.It was now morning, sun was peaking over the concrete jungle that was Reputio City. Reputio City was known as a city of oppritunity, much like New York in the USA. This is how Reputio City was nicknamed "Redemption's Angel," As so many would come from faraway lands to find oppritunity and redemption in life, starting anew. It was those reasons that made Lilith Caledonia Adriana Vaermina, shortened to Cale, love the city. Regardless of the fact that she was just a 16 year old girl in a population of about 7.5 million people, she was able to make something out of herself. Ok, maybe she was just a waitress at a local night club, but it was better than nothing. Though it was a city of oppritunity, you needed to work in Reputio City, one of the things that made it hard for Cale to adjust. You see, Cale is new to the city by about one or so years, literally washing up in a river outside Reputio, and found it slightly hard to adjust from her old home. Well, wherever that home was. Reputio City is located on the eastern coast of England you see, far away from wherever Cale is from. She remembers that it was something like a paradise. Verdant fields, thriving forrests, bountiful food and playful animals. Everything seemed perfect, the reason that Cale wanted out. Things ran too easily and too smoothily where Cale was from. She wanted some challenge out of life, to make it fun. Needless to say, Cale was miserable with her present life. Cale wanted it so badly, every birthday she had, every shooting star she saw, every penny she threw into a pond, she wished that she could get out of there and find some challenge in life. Well, it seems that she got her wish granted. While swimming in a river one afternoon, Cale took a dare to swim out to where the current was the strongest. Not caring what really happened, she took the dare. Swimming out, Cale was swept up by the current and pulled under. The current dragged Cale into a drop off. Cale frantically swam in an attempt to escape, but to no avail. Closing her eyes to accept the innevitable, Cale was out cold, underwater. But something happened that Cale was not expecting. Simply, the fact that she woke up from this sleep. When Cale opened her eyes, she found that she was lying on a beach smiliar to the one she had been on before, except something was very different. Cale explored the area to find that, well, she was not in Kansas anymore to put it in lay mans terms. She found her self in a park outside of Reputio City. Walking around, Cale discovered that her former life was completely and totally gone, and that the city a few miles in front of her would be where she could find answers. One problem. 16 years old, no money or a place to stay, the only thing you have to wear is a two-piece bathing suit, not exactly the most ideal situation. Though, her rememdy was found in the form of Diana Resoveron, her current roommate and best friend. Diana, living with her friend Kyle Weston-Smith, still had room in their appartment to spare. Diana took in the frightened girl, who at the time was striken with intense amnesia. Over the year that Cale has spent with her, the two have become close beyond mesure. Well, you have a bit of a backstory now, what's up in all this, and why things are the way they are now. If you will, we can continue along with the story. Golden Sun shown across Cale's face, her open window a door for the light. It warmed the young girls face, as it needed to be warmed indeed. Cold beads of sweat ran down her face, her brows twitched nervously, her lower lit had been subconciously bitten. Cale clentched her covers with intensity. For a few minutes it continued like this, the sun attempting to wake Cale from her deep and cold slumber. Her eyelids cracked open, recieving a full load of sunlight. Cale subconciously clentched her eyes shut, shunning away the golden light. It was then Cale shot straight up In her bed, panting heavily. She took her right hand to her forehead, wiping off the sweat. "That was... F-Freaky..." Cale studdered to herself, her breath broken and erractic. It was a nightmare of course, what else causes one to fear in the night? This nightmare had been recurring for over six months now. Cale found herself running through a dank city, it looked like downtown New York, though it felt like it was trapped in neverending night. Few cars sped past her as she ran, something pursuing her as she did so. Cale had clutched in her hand her stuffed cat, Mr. Savvy, and was wearing her waitress uniform. Cale felt like she was running for eternity. After several blocks, Cale would trip over some form of object, or be tripped by another being. Falling flat on her face, Cale would flip herself over to see what was purusing her. Once it caught up, Cale saw it in full form: A man dressed in all black, short brown hair, very pale skin, eyes that glowed red, and a set of glistening fangs. It was a vampire that Cale saw in her dream, sometimes one, sometimes many. At this point in her nightmare, Cale would start crawling backwards only to have her hand land directly on a gun. Picking it up, Cale would shoot at the vampire, forgetting that vampires could not be killed by normal means. Once the six shots of the revolver were emptied, Cale would clutch Mr. Savvy as the vampire desended on her. It was then she would awaken, cold, sweaty, and alone. Slowly her breathing returned to normal, Cale released her grip on the sheets. Shifting around to the nightstand to grab the hairbrush that lay there, Cale noticed something strange and uncomfortable. A certain wetness that she felt between her legs startled Cale, a feeling that she hadn't felt since she was a very very small child. Looking down to her bed, Cale threw her covers off, only to have her fears confirmed. "Well ****. I wet the bed." Cale swore to the air. She further examined the damage, "I didn't just wet the bed, I soaked it!" Cale continued to herself. Finding the entierity of her sheets and matress was soaked, Cale bit her lower lip. Tears formed in the pit of her eye. Then, she burst. Cale cried out, sobbing and sobbing. Streams of tears fell from her eyes to her already soaked sheets. Cale cried like this for about a minute until she heard footsteps outside of her room. The doorknob twisted, and in came Cale's best friend Diana. Cale's sobbing was lestened by the fact that it was not Kyle who had entered her room, but her caretaker. Diana had been like a big sister to Cale for her entire time in Reputio, comforting her and supporting her in any way that she could. "Cale sweety, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" Diana asked. Cale sniffled and merely motioned to her bed. Diana examined the scene. "I-I didn't mean t-to, I just, I, it was the nightmare, this time there were more vampires, and Mr. Savvy was gone, and-" Cale was cut off by Diana placing one finger to her lips. "It's alright Cale, I don't blame you, I totally understand. It's just kinda strange is all. I mean, you've been having that dream for nearly the entire time you've been here and the worst that's happened is you've woken up sweaty. What do you think happened?" Diana said, sitting on a small dry section of the bed. Cale rubbed her eyes. "I don't know. I really don't know. I mean, you're right. I have had this dream for the past several months and nothing like this has happened. I haven't wet my bed since I was about four or five. It's just, just, I dunno..." Cale trailed off. She looked down, her head hanging low, her expression less than jovial. Diana snaked her arm around Cale's shoulder and pulled her over to her. "You know, in the entire time that I've known you, you've developed from a strange girl not even knowing where she was, into a very strong young woman." "But I just..." "That's a moot point. You can get over this, it was probably just a one time deal." Diana said reassuringly. Cale couldn't help but cock a microscoping smile. At the same time she couldn't help but place her thumb in her mouth and begin sucking on it. Thumb sucking had been Cale's equivelant of punching a pillow or counting to ten for stress relief for as long as she could remember. Diana noticed the small smile and donned one of her own. "There, you see? It's not the end of the world," Diana said, taking her right hand to deliver a small tickle to Cale's tummy. Cale giggled with a small lisp, her thumb still in her mouth, "Now, you get dressed and out of those wet clothes. I'll wash everything while you're at work. My shift doesn't start for another two hours. You on the other hand, " Diana said, glancing at a small clock on the wall, "Have to start your shift in forty-five minutes. You should really get changed and out the door, don't want to be late." Diana said, giving Cale a squeeze. Cale hadn't even thought of the time that she had slept in. "Yow right. I should get gowing." Cale said, her voice slightly lisped by her thumb. Diana delivered an affectionate kiss to her cheek, stood up from the bed, and walked out. Cale herself stood, straightening herself out, and looked to her left into a body length mirror. A petite sixteen year old started back at her. Cale was short for her age, only five foot two inches, but was satisfied with what she could get. An average sized bust filled out her pink night shirt and her short, light-brown hair was in an unkempt mop from sleeping. Her strange red irises maintained their luster, though slightly redder and a bit puffy from the crying. Those eyes slowly travelled downward to spy Cale's matching pink night pants, soaked beyond belief. Cale bit her lip at the sight, though began undressing, the wet clothing beginning to cling to her skin. Now fully undressed, Cale began rummaging through her dresser. She pulled out her unmentionables and a white tank top. Turning back to her mirror, Cale jumped slightly as Diana poked her head in through the door. "Sorry to interrupt, but you should probably use this," Diana said, extending a hand containing a damp rag, "Wipe yourself down, don't want to get a rash or anything." Cale blushed as she Diana spoke. She meekly extended her hand to grab the rag. Diana closed the door and left Cale's presense. Cale took the rag to the spots on her body that were wet, her face pinkened as she did so. "This is so embarrasing." Cale muttered to herself. Now clean, Cale donned her first set of clothes and walked over to her closet. Opening the bi-fold doors, Cale reached in and pulled out her work uniform, a dress one might describe as typical Gothic Lolita. Cale slid the dress on, and examined herself in the mirror. Aside from her hair, Cale looked as she did every day. Cale reached behind her, grabbed her brush, and began smoothing out her mop of hair. Once complete, she set the brush atop her dresser and began for her door. Just as she placed her hand upon the knob, Cale perked up. She whipped around and darted to her bed, grabbed a dry acoutrament from the sheets. Cradling it in her hands, Cale looked lovingly at her stuffed cat. "Sorry I almost forgot about you Mr. Savvy, I'm just a bit, flustered today." Cale said to the toy, "Besides, you're not exactly that talkative in your sleep." Cale said with a giggle. She continued out her bedroom door and through her apartment. She noticed the loud snoring of her second roommate, Kyle, who had planted himself on the couch the night before. Cale giggled at the sight, Kyle sprawled out all over the sofa, looking like he had just ODed. Cale walked towards her apartment's door, humming as she did so. Grabbing her shoes from a small rubber mat near the door, Cale began buckling the shoes on her feet. Standing up, shoes now on, Cale felt a tap on her shoulder. Cale turned to see Diana, holding a hip flask in front of her. "You almost left without this." She said, extending her arm, Cale taking the flask. "You did put just milk in here this time, right?" Cale asked suspiciously. Diana chuckled and put her hand to her mouth. "That was one time, and yes, only milk." Diana said waving, "Now get going, you don't want to be late." Cale donned a wry look. "Fine, I'll be off then." Cale said, opening the door and stepping out. Once the door was closed, Cale began skipping down the hallway towards an elevator. Cale stopped for a moment, and held Mr. Savvy up to her ear. Cale blushed deeply. "The bed? Oh that's, that's nothing..." Cale said, still blushing. She continued holding the cat up to her ear, "Fine fine. It was the nightmare again. Yes the vampires." Cale said as she began walking again. She had a feeling there would be explaining to do. |
