The (padded) ninja school!

Heya all, I'm making another application story, and I know this one will actually manage to get somewhere.

It's about a ninja school, where a large portion of the students are either infantilists or incontinent.

I'm writing part one now, which introduces the main character, and I'll post it after it's done.

But here's how the applications will work- I'm only going to be making four extra characters, but I will be accepting ten applications. This means that yes, six of the applicants will be turned down. I'm doing this because I find it really difficult to write an overabundance of important people into a single plot, but I don't want to just take the first four applications presented, as this places a time limitation on it.

Clothing:just normal pair of pants with anormal shirt but always has a blakc and gold vest/coat like thing on too.
Weapon of choice/fighting style:Uses a verity mostly consisting of staffs and two handed swords for short range and a special style of throwing knife that is about 6 inches long not including handle and has two pieces of metal that come off the handle then curve toward the blade.
Physical features:Large scar that runs from the start off his right ear to just past is left eye going over the nose. Another that goes from about his ribs to the top of his left knee
Eyesne green one blue but turns red at night.
Weight:somewher from 100 to 175 pounds.

Personality:He is rather nice but when in a bad mood he gets mean as mean can be. Never gives up at anything even though he fails almost things he tries. He's a loner.

Clothing:He wears a moderately dark pair of pants, and a loose dark-green jacket that covers his his torso and arms. His jacket has many hidden pockets for storage and easy accessibility.
Weapon of choice/fighting style:Mid Range fighter who lets loose a barrage of long range attacks while advancing. Uses typical everyday knives in close combat. Loves to toy around with prey. Fond of all sorts of mind-games, and illusions.
Physical features:Straight black hair near shoulders, mole on his eyebrow, and a left hand covered in scars.

Build:Looks moderately slim, short.

Personality:Is a enthusiastic person who is happy to make friends with anybody. He's care-free and it can tend to show in his fighting, which is an issue at times. When he meets a serious set-back, he works hard to make up for it. When he is in serious trouble, he tends to be a bit bloodthirsty, and cares more about beating an enemy than his partners, though it still rarely happens. Looks happy all the time, but he's troubled by slight paranoia which he really has no basis to be worried about. The paranoia does nothing but make him depressed on a few lonely occasions though. Despite all of this, he meshes well with most other fighters, and adepts well to situations.

Physical features: wrinkled old guy who always smiles

Personality: friendly but reserved old janitor who looks after the school grounds, occasionally shakes his broom angrily at the students who break things, and takes particular care of his flower garden. Known to enjoy sneaking up on the younger students to test their situational awareness skills, it is assumed he was never a ninja and has no ninja powers. He does, however, offer wise advice sometimes.

Clothing: White kung-fu robe with a red sash belt, white pants, sandals.
Weapon of choice: Still testing to find the right one, prefers bo staves and shuriken. Heavy on the offense, but lacks defense and has poor evasion.
Physical features: Light blue hair, long scar on his right arm.

Height: 5’10”
Build: Medium, not a lot of fat but not bodybuilder heavy
Ninpo Element: Fire
Personality: Highly friendly and outgoing, and sometimes too nice for his own good. Overenthusiastic about his schooling, especially the use of ninpo.
