Jesse's Babysitting Adventure
Chapter 1
Ugh, I can't believe the day is already here. Today is the day that my parents are going on vacation, and i have to be dropped off at my Aunt and Uncle's, who are going with my parents. So my job is to babysit my cousin. Yes, that is what you heard, I have to babysit! I have seen guys babysitting, but I can't believe why any self respecting guy would want to do this. It is so, so girly, plus my cousin is a 5 year old girl. Not that I have anything against girls, I am a 14 year old guy. I love the ladies. Anyway I better get up, I need to stop talking to myself. Ahhhh, i said as i walked across the floor of my room into the bathroom. Then I heard my mom yell "Jesse, is that you, about time you get up we are leaving in 10 minutes." "Ugh ok Mom I'll hurry up" I said. So then I went ahead and brushed my teeth and jumped into my clothes for the day. Just the normal summer apparel for a teenage guy. A t-shirt and baggy jeans, nothing new. I then hurried up down the stairs and said Hi to Mom and Dad as they were walking out the door. I followed of course after grabbing my pop tart for breakfast. We then got in the car and drove to my Aunt and Uncle's house. When we got there my mother said "Ok Jesse, when you get in there Uncle Joe and Aunt Lisa will tell you what to do. " " Ya i know Mom, you two have fun ok" "We will", they said as they closed the car door. Now I had to make the walk into the house, it is not that it is a long walk, it is just a walk that I just don't want to be walking. Chapter 2
As I reached for the door, it was opened by the devil girl herself. Then I saw her parents. My Aunt and Uncle with there bags packed and everything. They then told me what i had to do to take care of her for 5 days. The 1st thing was about food. Which as you could tell by looking at my Aunt and Uncle, is a very big thing in the household. I was told what to fix Amy for lunch, supper, oh and i forgot about breakfast too. Then she told me how to get Amy ready for bed. But how my Aunt read the list she didn't go into a lot of detail. Then they left and them and my parents drove off into the distance, leaving me with Amy, my cousin, the devil child. When i turned around from the windows, I was in shock at what I saw. Amy was staring at me with a really evil smile that freaked me out. "I have seen to many horror movies" I said to myself. I then looked at the clock and to my surprise, it was already lunch time. So i looked at the list too see what I was supposed to do for lunch. I expected it too say fix her a grilled cheese or something. And that is pretty much what it said. But them below it, in small print it said don't forget highchair and bottle. At that statement I was like what the heck. This kid is 5 years old, she is gonna start kindergarten in a few months and she is still treated like a baby. Ugh, well sometimes you got a do what you gotta do. At least I won't be bored. But I still hate this. I turned around and saw that Amy already drug the highchair out and was trying to get in it. I picked her up and helped her in. But I told her she is gonna feed herself. She got really upset and started crying and saying she was gonna go call mommy. I told her that her mom didn't leave anything about me having to feed you, so there. She decided to put up with it, but sh egot a lot happier when I handed her her bottle of milk....she gulped down that and her food really fast. Then she said "ok time to play Jesse". to that I said " What, what do you want me to do? I don't play with little girls". Then she just marched down th hall to her room. I hoped I didn't have to see her for the rest of the day. but sadly that wish is far from true. There were many more surprises down the road, as only 2 hours have passed since I arrived there. And I am supposed to be there till Friday night. 5 days in hell, that is what they are. next chapter coming soon |
