Summit's Peak (Chapter 2)
This story is pretty much a combined story of many ideas i've had for short stories, basically, I made a story out of more than one, call it a composition of some sort, this story might have mature things happenin' later on, so as soon as something boils down to someone's head being blown half way to mars, I'll add the tag, but until then, imma try to keep it clean.
The characters in this story and some profiles about them Subject Name : Jacob Leroy Fox Species : American Red Fox Age : 22 Personality : A somewhat shy fox who is very fond of music, he tries to get along with everyone, and that will eventually lead to his downfall. Subject Name : Kenneth Jeffery Stormpaw Species : Northern Arctic Fox Age : 23 Personality : Jake's altered state. He has the ability to control the power of the ancients, whereas Jake in normal form cannot control this mystical power. Subject Name : Eugene James Stormpaw Species : American Silver Fox Age : 26 Personality : Jake's older brother, he's more of a mysterious character as not much is really known of him. Subject Name : Yewah Austin Stormpaw Species : Arctic Fox Age : 53 Personality : His name is took from an old name of god, he is the start of the Stormpaw family, he merged Steelclaw and Dragonwing families to create a kitsune family. He is an open minded kitsune, He lost the tip of his right ear during the Forgotten War. Subject Name : Forrester Lyle Steelclaw Species : Black Fox Kitsune Age : 165 (he looks to be in his mid-20s) Personality : He is one of the last steelclaw family members still alive, the steelclaw bloodline is quickly vanishing, the family dates back to the start of the 2nd great war. now that I have some main plot characters down, we should explain more of the plot, but I'll save most of it for the story, here is a few more things to add so you can understand the time line. The first great war started when Uri attacked Kireal and Ukam, it attempted to merge with the few continents near it, but failed. This happened over 200 years before the story begins. The Second Great War happened when the Blackpaw family attempted to destory Kireal, the blackpaw family was composed of Hidden Cove, City Of Clouds in GWN, Stetsom from GWN, and a few other ocean cities, this resulted in GWN's socialist goverment being overthrown where they were reformed with a capitalist goverment. The 3rd and 4th great wars affected most of the world, but they are not well known, just that the war was attempted to be repressed by the many that experienced it. --- Thats all for today, expect the first chapter in a few days -- Last edited by Jakethefox; 19-05-2009 at 09:38 PM. |

Please note, this story is a techniqually advanced one, meaning that they could travel galaxies and shit hundreds of years before us, their ancient technology is far advanced than anything out there, in the early 400's they had bombers like the B17 and B29.
Chapter 1 : The Thousand Years war. Most stories start with an introduction speech, not many start like this, the year was 431 when it started, it lasted until the beginning of the 16th century. they lived on the edge so long, the scars hide on the inside. the skies echo'd No Remorse as the B29 superfortress bombers coated the landscape of uri in heavy bomb payloads, one plane in particular was wing number 1045-Lady Luck, the plane had a painting of the captains wife on the side of it, the plane was called Lady Luck because the captains wife herself had polished rivets for it, it was actually called lady luck because they flew it back to base after the invasion, which the attack left the plane with only 1 of its 4 engines running. (just for the record, a multi-jet plane only running 1/4 is very unstable) The plane's piolet however, was a young Forrester Steelclaw, he got his captains wings when he cleared out half of the invasion force that took over the city of Stetsom, GWN. The night sky was illuminated by the many bombs dropped that night, but it was not to be a day to forget. Forrester watched his flight panel. "huh?? That cant be right" Captain Forrest said as he tapped his airspeed indicator, it was steadily dropping suddenly he felt a strong jolt and one of the engines stalled. "bah... must have hit a bird or something" Captain Forrest said as he stopped all 4 engines and restarted them one by one. "1... 2.... 3... 4... good, that should be right" He spoke as he watched the gauges return to normal. "this is weird... engine 4 is slowly heating up and im loosing altitude." He pondered. A young wolf then ran into the cockpit "Sir! We've lost part of the wing and engine 4 is smoking!" He panicked "Fuc-" Captain Forrest was interrupted as the plane's 4th engine erupted into flames, causing the fuel lines to 3 to lock, which stalled it out as well. the plane then began to spiral. Forrest didnt know where the plane had landed. But he wasn't awake. |

Chapter 2 : Behind the waterfall
"where... am I?" Forrest thought to himself, he looked around frantically, all he could see was the decaying ruins of a city. He frantically searched, he was in a war zone, and he was behind enemy lines, he tried and tried to get through the city. All he found there was destruction, and a burnt photograph of a mother and cub. Both arctic foxes. He dug through the rubble and found here there. Crushed under the side of a building, her beautiful white fur covered in blood. Her beautiful face ruined by the 2 ton building.... "What have I done?" he thought to himself, he then began to dig through the rubble some more... and he found a little paw. He dug some more to find that the young one was enclosed in the rubble, he was still alive. He looked at the burnt photograph, then flipped it. "Aya Quist & William Quist - 25 & 3" he read from the back of the photograph. He picked the boy up and began moving through the city, his AR15 drawn, holding the kit in one hand, and the gun in the other. "War... Started by old men but fought by young men" he said to himself as he walked through the city. I watched the sky light up. The daylight bled through the twilight. I felt like I was in a slough of despair. Suddenly, rebel fighters began shooting at me, I didnt feel like ending their life quite yet, I began running through the decaying ruins, looking for somewhere to use as armor. I then found a chunk of wall that still stood, I darted behind it and sat the kid down, I grabbed a Frag Grenade from my belt, pulled the pin, and chucked it toward the rebels. it worked, they stopped firing, they were retreating! I began running through the city again after grabbing the kid, I had to get out of the city if I wanted to live, I then spotted a military convoy, had to be the rebels, I had to think of how I could get that convoy without giving away my position. I grabbed a gas grenade, chlorine gas, would kill who ever breathed it, that would be able to give me the diversion I needed. I chucked it under the convoy vehicle and put the gas mask onto the child, and covered my face with a wet rag. I knew that the gas would irritate my eyes, but it would take out the rebels. One by one they fell, I then jumped the wall with the kid and darted to the vehicle, I got into it and began to hull ass out of the city. second turned to minutes, and minutes to hours. I then came to a dirt path, I drove it as long as I could before coming to a forest. |

Chapter 3
The Suffering 6 Years ago, the Singed Islands. There was a lab on these islands that had been built nearly 20 years before the event that happened there. They said it was a lab explosion, but it was something else, They had been holding something against its will, and. It escaped and made its way to the armory. "What is it you fear" it called out as the soldiers poured rounds into it "it is hopeless, pathetic creature" it said as it began mutating, a large blade appeared where its left forearm was, it ran forward and slashed through the soldiers. 4 nice thuds. "Although I would not be the one to attack people, You have no reason to exist." it called out as it wrapped a hand around another soldiers neck. Crushed like a tin-can. "its hopeless, didnt you know?" it chuckled as it through the limp body against a wall, leaving a huge crack in the wall. it looked at its left arm again, the blade changed shape; it turned into a gun of some sort and cleared the hall of all soldiers. All that remained was silence, just the mechanical resonance of the machines running in the background. this creature was what our hero saw as his only enemy. they called him Sin. *** Location : east of stetsom's military base Subject : Project-SIN "Heh, pathetic mortals, you cant defeat me." it called out as the military launched SSM missiles, they appeared to be standard BGM-71 TOW anti-tank rounds. There was an explosion. But as the smoke cleared, it appeared that SIN would not be stopped by a anti-tank round, it diverted the flow of energy coming towards him outward in all angles away from him. in other words, a 360 Sphere shield. Gun fire erupted all around SIN, they attempted to close the gap and eliminate their dirty little secret, he morphed his left arm into a 160MM cannon He fired a round of some sort, it appeared to be a BGAS canister, A bio weapon that suffocates whom breathes it. the canister landed just feet from the men firing upon him, and burst into smoke, effectively eliminating all the attacking members. SIN then began to walk toward the base. ***** end of chapter ***** The story aint done yet people, I needed a hiatus in order to get shit sorted, and more plot was required, SIN is a project weapon, i'll need to draw him out in order for the world to understand what he is. (And yes, I DOES HAVE WEBCAM, WHICH DOES MEAN PHOTO UPLOADS!!!!!!!) |
