Big Pacifier?

I've been seeing a large pacifier on some tumblr posts that I'm curious where to pruchase. I'm not sure that the nipple is any larger than standard abdl fav's, but the plate seems to cover an area well beyond the width of an adult mouth. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and/or where to get one.
