Using disposable pads with AIO cloth diaper

Does anybody here uses the cloth AIO? To make the AIO last longer, do you use disposable pads with plastic packing so you can easily replace the pads without getting the AIO too soaked. If you wet the disposable past too much and leaked int on the AIO, thats okay.

Where I am at doesn't have washing machines so I'm trying to avoid laundering the AIO unless I have to.

You would have to use a full disposable diaper inside to be sure, and even then if it leaked even a little you'd still have to wash the AIO otherwise it would become rank even after one use. Unfortunately wet = wash
