Fan controller issues on thermaltake xaser v5

anyone mess with the thermaltake xaser v5? I cant tell if the fan controler is dead or not. THe fans in this ting are weird. It looks like the molex connector controls the led, the three pin connector to the motherboard only has 1 wire coming out of it and then there is a 2 pin connector that looks like it connects to the fan controller. The led comes comes on but the fans wont spin.
