They're just a waddler overnight with a plain white shell. I have some here but I probably won't be ordering more. They have above average capacity, and are easily seen as a medical diaper or even as boxers (with the rear elastic) if your shirt comes untucked, so they have some good specific uses. That's what I keep in my on-the-go change stash. They're pretty comfortable but a tad thick in the crotch when dry, and quite wide of course when wet.
 
Tykeables as they are now known are available to order in the UK. Just go to the website and scroll down to the UK. I've checked and the tighty whitey's are available.
