Telling Doctor

It isn't lying seeing as I had the bedwetting issue before I joined the abdl community (i.e. since age 3). As for the possible IBS, that was triggered by a horrible flu last December (2014) that caused me to lose some control over my bowel movements.

I've only ever told one doctor about my diaper wearing and he technically wasn't even mine. My wife and I were having difficulty conceiving our baby and whine talking to her gyno about potential treatments, my wife made me tell him I wear diapers every night for bed wetting. She thought maybe they were causing low sperm count and she wanted him to know.

He looked pretty shocked I have to admit - and didn't say much about it other than "hmm, probably not a problem".
It was definitely awkward and my wife and I were both uncomfortable around him afterwards. She now sees a different gyno.
