They should be the same product, since Nappies R Us are ABU's UK distributor. Although given how long they took to get here, it's possible that they're from a later production batch, in which case, there may be minor tweaks. Trouble is, without having the ones sold in the US on hand for comparison, very minor design changes won't be noticeable.
