I was wondering if any of you know where I can buy cute diaper cover snap ons and bottles or if you know anyone who can custom make some for me at a reasonable price.
 
You can get a bottle from most stores. Just make sure you get a fast-flow nipple too; this way is much cheaper and functions just as well as an AB-specific baby bottle.
 
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "diaper cover snap-ons", but if you mean cute diaper covers in general, try this eBay seller. I can attest to the quality of her work. This is something I bought recently from her.
