Yep had that same mentality for years then my teeth started falling out because the dentist was too expensive so I ignored it. Point is its not that simple credit is great and horrible it's two faced. I thought the same thing for a long time went without basic Dr visits due to price and lack of outright cash three years later every molar on my bottom right side was hollow then they started breaking for three full weeks I was afraid to eat because even things as soft as bread would cause a tooth to shatter eventually I had to dig out my card and charge the entire limit in one swipe to get them all pulled and dentures molded because there was not even enough tooth left for a crown.
